New Member Registration

NOTE: If you are currently a WSFIA member, please follow the “Current Member Registration” directions.

  1. Click “Member Login / Register” in upper right hand corner of page.
  2. Click on the “Register TODAY!” under the login fields.
  3. Click on the appropriate membership button.
  4. Fill in all of the Member Information and all of Members’ Fire Department Information.
    • For your username, we recommend the first initial of your first name, and your entire last name. (i.e. jsmith)
    • If you are registering more than just yourself, please follow the additional instructions for “Registering Multiple Individuals“.
  5. Select appropriate Member Type and Member Area.
  6. Select appropriate Payment Method.
    • If you select PayPal (Credit Card), your membership will be active immediately.
    • If you select Check, your membership will be activated after you check has been received. You need to send your check to:

  7. Click on the “Confirm Registration” button.
  8. After verifying your information click on the “Register” button located at the bottom of the webpage.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing your username and password.

If you do not receive the e-mail in your e-mail account’s Indox, check the “Junk Mail” folder. At times e-mail services will automatically place wanted e-mails in the folder.

If you didn’t receive the e-mail at all, please contact us at support@wsfia.org.

Current Member Registration

If you are currently a member of the WSFIA, and need access to the WSFIA website. Before you register as a “New Member” on the website, please check to see if you are currently in our database by using our Member Lookup form.

NOTE: If you are a current member, and not in the drop down menu you will need to register as a “New Member
through the website (See “New Member Registration” directions). Just make sure to select the “Check” payment
option at the bottom of the registration form, and then after registering contact us as admin@wsfia.org so we can
activate your account manually.

  1. If you see your name in the drop down menu, select it and click on the “Select Member” button.
  2. On the following page your will only be required to enter a username, password, and e-mail address.
  3. Then click on the “Register” button.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail containing your username and password.

If you do not receive the e-mail in your e-mail account’s Indox, check the “Junk Mail” folder. At times e-mail
services will automatically place wanted e-mails in the folder.

If you didn’t receive the e-mail at all, please contact us at support@wsfia.org.

Registering Multiple Individuals

If you wish to register multiple people on one time and pay for all at one time, change the number to the appropriate number on the “Number of Additional Registrants”.

When registering multiple people, each additional person needs to be given a user name and password.

We recommend the First Initial of your first name, and your entire last name. (i.e. jsmith)

Make sure that all of the boxes are filled in with the appropriate information as well.

After the registration takes place, all individuals will be entered into the system. Those who have been registered under an “Additional Registrant” will be emailed a randomly generated password.

If they do not receive the e-mail in their e-mail account’s Indox, have them check the “Junk Mail” folder. At times e-mail services will automatically place wanted e-mails in the folder.

If they didn’t receive the e-mail at all, please have them contact us at support@wsfia.org.

Changing Password

To Change your password (for those who were emailed a randomly generated password):

  1. Log into the website with the information that has been emailed to you.
  2. After logging in, click on “Account Info” in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Go to Username line and click on “Reset Password”.

Forgot Password

If you are currently registered with WSFIA, and forgot your password click on the “Member Login/Register” link in the top-right corner of our website.

  1. Click on “Forgot your password?” link located under the login form.
  2. Enter either the username or e-mail address you used to register.
  3. Then click on the “Retrieve Password” button.

After submitting that information you will receive an e-mail from WSFIA containing your current password.

If you do not receive the e-mail in your e-mail account’s Indox, check the “Junk Mail” folder. At times e-mail services will automatically place wanted e-mails in the folder.

If you didn’t receive the e-mail at all, please contact us at support@wsfia.org.

Update Account Information

If you notice your contact information is incorrect. Click on “Account Info” located near the top of the page. On the “Account Information” page, fill-in all of the textboxes with the appropriate information, and then click on the “Update” button located at the bottom of the page.

Account Renewals

30 days prior to your account expiring you will see a message after logging in stating you need to renew your account. If your WSFIA account is up for renewal you will have to renew your account via the website by following these steps.

  1. Log into the WSFIA website.
  2. After logging in, click on “Account Info” located near the top of the page.
  3. Go to the Membership Expires line and click on “Renew Account”.
  4. Select your membership type, the year you will be renewing for, and payment option.
  5. Click on the “Confirm Renewal” button.
  6. Verify your account information, and then click on the “Renew Membership” button.

After you renew your account your Membership Expires date should change to December of the next year.

NOTE: If you select the “Check” payment option your account will be suspended until your payment has been received. Also, if you do not renew your account within 30 days prior to it expiring, please contact us at admin@wsfia.org so we can help you update your account manually.
