SECRETARIES REPORT
Motion: Made by Mark Hoppenjan and seconded by Scott Miller, to accept the
minutes to the board meeting on 23 October, 2005. Bob Vajgrt had one change to
the minutes that next years annual conference costs for one day needs to be
changed to $100.00. Minutes will be changed.

TREASURER’S REPORT
Gil Hucek reported that we currently have:
$ 1,523.23 checking
50,930.22 savings
$52,453.45 total
All outstanding bills have been paid at this time. Motion by Jim Binkowski,
seconded by
Motion: Made by Paul Yakowenko and seconded by Louie Schliem to accept the
report.

New Business
SOG’S
Dave Lind look for a motion to accept the changes to the S.O.G.’s as were posted
for the last two days.
Motion: Made by Gil Hucek and seconded by Paul Yakowenko to accept the changes.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Nomination for Steve Koback for President was made.
Motion: Make unanimous ballot for Steve Koback for president made by Scott
Miller and seconded by Bob Vajgrt.
Motion: Carried
Nomination for Tod Doebler for 1st Vice President was made.
Motion: Make unanimous ballot for Tod Doebler for 1st Vice President made by
Mark Hoppenjan and seconded by Paul Yakowenko.
Motion: Carried
Jan Harter representing the nomination committee nominated the following names
for 2nd Vice President: Ron Omernick, Vernon Green, Guy Santelli and Mark
Hoppenjan.
Motion: Made by Scott Miller and seconded by Dave Krupich to close nominations
for 2nd Vice President.
Motion: Carried
Vote took place for 2nd Vice President and Ron Omernick won the vote.
Motion: Was made to destroy the ballots from the election by Bob Vajgrt and
seconded by Scott Miller.
Motion: Carried
Strategic Plan
Dave Lind asked for a motion on the Strategic Plan to accept as it was posted.
Motion: Made by Ron Omernick and seconded by Vernon Green to move the Strategic
Plan forward and revisit it every year.
Motion: Carried
By- Laws
Motion: Made by Bob Vajgrt and seconded by Vernon Green to accept the changes to
the by-laws as posted.
Motion: Carried
OLD BUSINESS
Jan Harter asked what was going on with the Bernie Kohn Scholarship and Paul
Yakowenko stated that it is still in the works and the finance committee has not
forgotten about it.
Motion: Made by Bob Vajgrt and seconded by Dave Krupich to adjourn.
Motion: Carried.
